Yellow Cut Out Dress

Bought this dress with the gift card I received from Langford Market. I envisioned the perfect outfit for a beach vacay while stepping into the store and twenty minutes later I walked out with the cut out dress which was exactly what I was looking for to suit the warm and breezy weather of the islands.

The hem line was a little long for me. Therefore, I temporary hemmed the dress to make it more proportioned to my height. I envisioned the dress with a metal belt to snazzy it up; however, I wasn't able to find one in time before the trip. Time to throw on a necklace!

I decided to challenge myself and only bring one carry on bag for 8 days! Had to crunch the number of shoes that I usually bring on a trip (usually at least 6 - including heels, flats, booties, and sandals). The magic number for the amount of heels that I allowed myself to bring was...ONE. It doesn't really make sense to bring lots of heels when I knew I would spend most of my time walking around or on the beach. These lucky bad boys... the magenta Zara heels were versatile for my other dressy outfits.

    Lovely dress, the shoes are beautiful. The last time I traveled for a short period of time, I also challenged myself to have all I need in only on bag, but it was easier to travell with one bag, but I think I could never take only a sinlge pair of shoes.

    Omgsh, those SHOES!! I love the hot pink color and cool design. Plus, the cut out yellow dress is just perfect. Love it, you look so pretty :D
