Keepin it Cas...(ual)

Thank you for the wonderful and sweet birthday wishes! It made my day of spending my birthday recapping on medication's clinical pearls not so horrendous.

Here's another post of "Keeping it Cas...(ual)." For those who haven't seen my previous "Cas" post... it consists of random outfits throughout the week. No, I am not the ingenious person who coined this phrase. That clever person who have to be my boyfriend haha.
